All orders are subject to availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. GuitarPrinciples.com expressly reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with any third party.


Payment

GuitarPrinciples.com accepts only the following forms of payment: Business or personal check (from USA bank accounts only), postal money order, and credit card (Visa/MC and AmEx). GuitarPrinciples.com features highly secure online ordering by credit card, and all of our security certificates issued by security companies are kept up-to-date.

GuitarPrinciples.com accepts money orders denominated only in United States Dollars in connection with all orders. To pay by check, or money order please select "Order by Mail” on the Order page. All international mail orders must include one of the following forms of payment: International Money Order in US Dollars, or Visa/MC/Am Ex credit card information. Any other form of payment will be denied, and your order will not be filled.

Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law. Paying by check will delay your order, as GuitarPrinciples.com does not process or ship your items until your funds clear. Payment by check typically delays your order 2 weeks. Starter checks are not accepted.

GuitarPrinciples.com will send an e-mail confirmation upon shipment of your order, providing that you have a valid email address. We will not be responsible for notification of your order should we receive our notification to you returned to us as “Undeliverable”.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped anywhere in New York State are subject to the current New York State sales tax.


Shipping & Handling

GuitarPrinciples.com will make every attempt to ship all orders within three days of our receipt of a completed credit card order. GuitarPrinciples.com currently ships by USPS (United States Post Office) services. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to ship by other carriers. Handling fees are included in the price of shipping.

Normal delivery time for Media Mail is 7-14 Business Days.

Normal delivery time for Priority Mail Domestic is 3-5 Business Days.

Normal delivery time for Priority Mail International is 5-10 Business Days.*

Normal delivery time for First Class International is 7-12 Business Days.*

Other International Orders: Normal delivery time is 3-8 weeks.*

*Delivery may take longer due to delays in customs.

International Orders

For international orders, shipping charges are more expensive than domestic and the cost of these charges are stated on your Order Form. You may calculate the shipping costs on our Shopping Cart before submitting your order, so that you know ahead of time what the costs will be. For the U.K., Australia, and Eastern Europe, orders are normally received within 10 days of approval of your funds. Your order may be delayed at your country’s custom’s office. If so, then please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Not limited to, but including South America, and South Africa, we will usually ship orders through International Express Mail to help insure delivery to you. You may receive a phone call from your customs office to appear to open and sign for your package, but in any case, a signature is required at delivery, so please be available to do so.

Guitarprinciples.com reserves the right to refuse shipment to any country, including but not limited to those to which the U.S. has embargoed goods, any country on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of specially Designated Nationals, and any country listed on the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders.


Customs and Duties Information

On international shipments there is a strong likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages sent and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Guitar Principles does not charge or collect these fees. Additional charges for customs clearance to your country must be borne by you. GuitarPrinciples.Com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office if you have questions, for further information. Additionally, when ordering from GuitarPrinciples.Com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


Return / Replacement Policy

Subject to availability, exact exchanges will be made only on damaged or defective products. Although rare, if the shipping envelope or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse to accept it and immediately notify us by email at orders@guitarprinciples.com of your refusal to accept the order. Claims must be made within 5 business days of your receipt of an order.

Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may contact GuitarPrinciples.com for arrangements for a refund. GuitarPrinciples.com will only honor refund requests on items returned undamaged and in their original form, meaning new condition. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS insured, return receipt requested. GuitarPrinciples.com is not responsible for any costs of shipping and handling on returned items. Any shipping and handling costs charged on your order will be deducted from your refund.

In addition, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for each returned item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are we able to accept returns or refund downloadable PDFs, gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened.
